Rules for HÜBPRIVÉE members

1. Every member of the exclusive club community is required to respect their own code of ethics and behave correctly towards other members.

2. It is strictly forbidden to disclose and share educational and training material, as well as strategies and confidential information of the club. In case of violation of this rule, the member will be subject to disciplinary sanctions and reported to the competent authorities with immediate exclusion from the club.

3. It is not allowed to demand anything from the club, beyond what is already provided at an educational level. Admission to the community can be done through self-application with selection provided by the club or by invitation from one of the already active members.

4. Recruiting new members without the club’s authorization is prohibited. Any unauthorized recruitment attempt will be punished with disciplinary measures.

5. Each member is responsible for their conduct within the community and must contribute to maintaining a respectful and positive environment.

6. The club reserves the right to modify the regulations at any time, promptly communicating any changes to the members.

7. The club’s decisions regarding disciplinary sanctions and other issues are final and not subject to appeal.

8.Every member is required to respect the privacy of other members and not disclose personal information without their consent.

9. Users are encouraged to immediately report any inappropriate behavior or violations of the regulations to the club.

10. Joining the exclusive club community implies acceptance and compliance with all the rules and provisions contained in this regulation.
